The American Youth Soccer Organization is the oldest national youth soccer program in the United States and a nonprofit. Our mission is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs throughout the country which promote a fun, family environment built on the foundation of our Six Philosophies.
PHMSA offers a variety of programs for all ages and skill levels. Players follow a player development pathway that starts with Playground and Schoolyard, and then moves on to Fall Core, Spring Alliance, Spring Academy, Fall Alliance, and ultimately Mt. Diablo Mustangs. Players that age out of our youth programs then have the ability to play in our AYSO Adult Soccer program.
All of our programs follow the AYSO 6 philosophies:
- Everyone Plays
- Balanced Teams
- Open Registration
- Positive Coaching
- Good Sportsmanship
- Player Development
