AYSO Area 2C  has merged the Alliance programming with the Mt. Diablo Mustang Soccer Club.

About AYSO Alliance

The AYSO Alliance program is an opportunity for interested, enthusiastic and motivated players to improve their skills in a more competitive environment while still following the Six Philosophies of AYSO (Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship and Player Development). By providing a more competitive program for our 10U through 16U players, the intention to provide an environment to develop to a level not always possible through the Fall Core program.

Participation on the teams requires an increased level of commitment from both the players and parents. To enable player development, players are expected to regularly attend practices and games and display a sense of responsibility towards the coaches and their teammates.

The Winter Alliance Program is open to 10U, 12U and 14U player who participated in AYSO’s Fall Core Program. The Winter Alliance Program is suited for players who wish to continue their soccer journey and experience a higher level of competition. Teams will participate in the California Select League (CSL) playing against teams of similar levels from other local clubs. The CSL starts January 10th and ends in early March. Teams will then participate in tournaments in the spring.

Practices will be held in Concord and/or Martinez, with games taking place in Martinez and Concord.

Location: Hidden Lakes Park, Martinez

Saturday December 6th, 2025:

10U – Boys 10:30am-11:45am
10U – Girls 11:45am-1:00pm
12U Boys and Girls 1:00pm-2:15pm
14U Boys and Girls 2:15pm-3:30pm

Sunday December 7th, 2025:

10U – Boys 11:30am-12:30pm
10U – Girls 12:30pm-1:30pm
12U Boys and Girls: 1:30pm-2:30pm
14U Boys and Girls 2:30pm-3:30pm

The player’s age group is based on their age group for the Fall season.


Season Fee $550 – Includes League Fees, Field Costs, Referee Fees and 3 tournaments. Teams may choose to add additional tournaments for an additional fee.

Uniforms: will be purchased by families individually at an approximate cost of $75.

Practices: Teams will practice 2 days per week beginning in mid December continuing through the end of April (or the team’s last tournament, whichever comes first).
